You know grandma recipes are the absolute best so this week I am bringing you one of my grandma's cake recipes! If you love lemon this is a recipe for you! It's to die for!!

Lemon Cake

1 Lemon Velvet Cake Mix
1 Instant Vanilla or Lemon Pudding
5 Eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 milk

Beat for 10 minutes and then pour into cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes

Frosting

1 cup powdered sugar
3 T Lemon juice

Mix together

Poke holes in cake and pour frosting over the cake, while the cake is still hot!
