Recipe Sunday (a day late)



SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS
1 lb. bulk sausage meat
2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup water
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
Mix and form into small balls.
Bake on greased sheet 25 minutes in a preheated 350°F oven.

My family made this recipe for breakfast over the Easter holiday. The are so simple but have a nice little kick to thm,. They are also so good warm, right out of the oven!! Give them a try for breakfast or as an appetizer for a party.
